  • Certificate of Registration
  • Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association/constitution/by-laws
  • Certified copy of Director’s Resolution to open an account
  • Letter from LC Chairman in case of Local CBOs, associations, clubs, societies and VSLAs
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
  • Organisation letterhead

Directors/Founders & Signatories of the above to provide the following:

  • Identification Document (Passport: mandatory for foreign nationals/National ID/Driver’s License)
  • Residential address confirmation
  • Postal address confirmation, if any

Limited Liability Company

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Certified copy of Company form 7 or latest Annual Returns
  • Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Certified copy of Director’s Resolution to open account
